Caitlin Arndt
Multidisciplinary Theatre Artist
About Me
Caitlin is a multifaceted artist in the process of developing her own theatre company. She loves to create work in collaboration with others, especially work that has a particular focus in the joy that comes through pain. Her heart currently lives in development of new work as well as classic texts. Caitlin loves to create through musicality, movement, ensemble work and improvisation.
What I'm up to
Caitlin recently received an MFA in International Theatre Performance Practice from Rose Bruford College in London, UK with Distinction. The program is a partnership with the Eugene O'Neill National Theatre Institute under Niamh Dowling (Principal of RADA) and Rachel Jett (NTI Artistic Director). In March, Caitlin went to Ashfield, Massachusetts to participate in the Double Edge Theatre Company Spring Intensive. Most recently, she is co directed Two Gentlemen of Verona for the Kingsmen Shakespeare Company alongside Brett Elliott. Currently, Caitlin is directing a new work, Crazy Quilts by Karen Fix Curry in Leo Rising Theatre Company's short play festival.
